When you use this website, various personal data are collected. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this happens.

Please note that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., communication by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The responsible party for data processing on this website is:

Email: talents@swifthire-recruitment.com

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g., names, email addresses, etc.).

Storage Duration

Unless a more specific storage period has been specified in this Privacy Policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you make a legitimate request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible grounds for storing your personal data (e.g., retention periods required by tax or commercial law); in the latter case, deletion will take place after these reasons cease to apply.

Legal Basis for Data Processing

If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR or, if special categories of data under Art. 9(1) GDPR are processed, Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. In the case of explicit consent to the transfer of personal data to third countries, data processing is also based on Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR.

If you have consented to the storage of cookies or to access information on your device (e.g., via device fingerprinting), data processing is also based on §25(1) TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time.

We also process your data if necessary for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Data Transfers to Third Countries

We use tools from companies based in countries that are not considered safe under data protection law, as well as US tools whose providers are not certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). When these tools are active, personal data may be transferred to these countries and processed there.

We note that the USA is generally considered to have a level of data protection comparable to the EU if the recipient is certified under the DPF. If this is not the case, we may rely on standard contractual clauses or other guarantees.

Recipients of Personal Data

In the course of our business activities, we work with various external parties. Personal data will only be shared when necessary for contract fulfillment, when we are legally obliged to do so, when there is a legitimate interest in sharing the data, or when another legal basis allows it.

If we use processors, we will only share personal data with them based on a valid processing contract. In the case of joint processing, a joint processing agreement will be concluded.
